50 Kalò di Ciro Salvo

50 Kalò is the pizzeria of Ciro Salvo, third-generation master pizzaiolo from Naples, celebrated for extremely hydrated, light and digestible dough and named one of the best pizzas in Italy by the New York Times and Gambero Rosso's Master of Dough. From its Piazza Sannazaro home in Naples it opened branches in Rome and London, the latter on Northumberland Avenue off Trafalgar Square.
