Alfonsina

Alfonsina is a modern Latin American restaurant on Long Lane in Farringdon — "pure, honest, fresh, exciting, no-nonsense, brut" — with a raw, brutalist-and-bold aesthetic that is warm and poetic in the detail. Chef-owner Ricardo Younis Moreno is Argentinian with Italian and Lebanese roots and more than two decades of experience from five-star hotels to fine dining; he and his wife shaped the restaurant after returning to London from San Francisco in 2023, naming it after a beach in Mar del Plata and the poet Alfonsina Storni, whose name the private dining Storni Room carries.
