Amar Cafe

Amar Cafe is a Colombian specialty coffee roaster and café in Chelsea Green, founded by Lore Mejia and Sean Rafferty after they met over a coffee-farming story in Colombia. It began with London's iconic red telephone box cafés and is now an indoor café, roastery and importer, sourcing single-origin Colombian coffee through its sister export company Amar Cafe Global, run by family at origin, alongside tree-to-bar Colombian chocolate. The Chelsea site also houses Amar Restaurant — "amar" means "to love" — reimagining Colombian cooking with modern technique, and a private room for up to 30 with its own bar, music and entrance.
