Ashers Baking Co is a family-run bakery founded in 1993 in Ballyclare, Northern Ireland — a husband-and-wife team, now joined by their three sons, with a bakehouse on the Doagh Road and seven bakeshops across Newtownabbey, Belfast and Ballyclare. Breads, scones, breakfast muffins, fruit loaf, sausage rolls, celebration cakes and sandwich platters, baked fresh every morning, plus wholesale and food service across the UK and Ireland.
