Aulis London is Simon Rogan's twelve-seat chef's-table restaurant hidden on St Anne's Court, just off Dean Street in Soho, awarded a Michelin star in the 2024 guide. Each service is an interactive multi-course tasting menu (£195, pre-paid) cooked in front of guests by executive chef Oli Marlow and head chef Charlie Tayler, reflecting Rogan's farm-to-fork ethos with produce from Our Farm in Cartmel; sister Aulis sites trade in Cartmel, Hong Kong and Phuket.
