Avobar has been pioneering the original "avocado bar" concept since it was established in London in 2018, building a wellness and specialty-coffee lifestyle brand around balance rather than avocado alone. Its daytime menu combines humble ingredients with expert knowledge for nutritious, delicious dishes - toasts, hot plates and cakes such as the Almond Yuzu - paired with a smoothie bar of functional blends (sea moss and marine collagen included) and precisely pulled specialty coffee whose beans, by happy coincidence, come from the same region as its Hass avocados. Avocados are Rainforest Alliance certified, never air-freighted and sourced from third-generation sustainable growers in Peru. The London home is a bright two-floor café on Chiltern Street in Marylebone, with a second site at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi and franchise opportunities offered to would-be partners; the brand also runs a small retail line of totes and bottles.
