Bagelman

Bagelman is a family-run Brighton & Hove bagel company that started over 25 years ago as a one-man door-to-door bagel delivery service and opened its first store on Bond Street in 1999. Every bagel is hand-rolled, proved, steamed and baked to a vegan recipe in the only authentic bagel bakery in Sussex, behind the Bond Street store in the North Laine, seven days a week, then filled with premium deli ingredients from local suppliers (RC Secker beef, Springs smoked salmon, BeSaucy mayo, Honeycomb Cakes) and served with locally roasted, non-profit Skylark coffee. Four stores: Bond Street, St James's Street (Kemptown) and St Peter's Street in Brighton, and Church Road in Hove; plus catering boxes, business lunches and wholesale.
