Bambalan

Bambalan is an all-day diner and rooftop bar in Beacon Tower on Colston Street, overlooking Bristol from one of the city's best-known terraces. The kitchen runs a Tex-Mex-leaning all-day menu of tacos, nachos, small and large plates, bowls, sourdough pizzas and Bam Burgers, alongside bottomless brunch and cocktails. Its Summer Sessions rooftop day parties, with guest DJs, have been a Bristol fixture for ten years, and the space is available for private hire, weddings and corporate events.
