Salt Yard Group

Salt Yard Group brings the flavours of Spain and Italy to London through five tapas and charcuterie restaurants: Salt Yard in Fitzrovia (the original, opened on Goodge Street in 2005), Dehesa and Ember Yard in Soho, Opera Tavern in Covent Garden and Salt Yard Borough by Borough Market. Each serves seasonal Spanish- and Italian-inspired small plates — from jamón and croquetas to wood-fired grills — with regionally chosen wine lists, sherry and cocktails, private dining rooms and a busy calendar of wine tastings and events. Now part of the Urban Pubs & Bars family, the group is always looking for talented people across its restaurants and offers a fun, inclusive team, 30% discount across 40+ sites, career progression, staff parties and trips, wellbeing support, flexible hours and Wagestream.
