Bianchis

Bianchis is an Italian restaurant in Montpelier, Bristol, on the old site of the legendary Bells Diner, from Dominic Borel and Ben Harvey. It serves a five-course à la carte menu built on hand-made pasta and West Country meat and fish alongside a wide-ranging Italian wine list, across four rooms named after the four Bianchi sisters plus Nonna's kitchen.

Cotto Wine Bar & Kitchen

Cotto Wine Bar & Kitchen is the Bianchis Group's St Stephens Street restaurant, built on simple home cooking and hearty dishes straight from the oven, using traditional methods passed down through generations. The kitchen works with the best local meat, fish, dairy and vegetables alongside Italian and Spanish goods from Bristol importers, and the business is built around a sustainable model co-existing with ongoing charitable work in the community.

Pasta Ripiena

Pasta Ripiena is the Bianchis Group's stuffed-pasta restaurant on St Stephens Street in central Bristol — hand-crafted filled pasta built on Italian and Spanish produce, paired with a carefully chosen wine list, in an intimate and playful dining room. "Tears of joy? With food? It was the mezzaluna of black truffle that did it" — William Sitwell, The Telegraph.

Pazzo

Pazzo is the Bianchis Group's Whiteladies Road restaurant in Redland — a bold, green, buzzing room where an Italian-led kitchen takes in the many cultures of Bristol, giving its chefs freedom to cook across a range of flavours. Pazzo by name, Pazzo by nature.
