Biblos has served original Caribbean and Middle Eastern fusion food in Bristol since 2011 — wraps, salads and fries, with vegan, vegetarian and meat options, made fresh and fast. It trades from two Bristol sites, the original in Stokes Croft and a second at Wapping Wharf on the harbourside, alongside festival trading, catering, team lunches and an online shop.
