Birley Sandwiches — Birleys — has been the home of the finest breakfast and lunch sandwiches, platters, buffets, soups and salads in the City and Canary Wharf since the early 1980s. Nothing is pre-packaged: every sandwich and salad is made to order from carefully sourced ingredients and speciality breads, with menus that evolve with the seasons. Nine stores across the Square Mile and Canary Wharf — Old Broad Street, Cannon Street, Paternoster Square, New Street Square, Mark Lane, Churchill Place, Canada Place, the One Canada Square salt beef bar and the staff-only Bank Street shop at 25 Bank Street — plus Deliveroo and office delivery from a head office on Admirals Way.
