Family-run café group with 19 cafés across the south of England and south Wales. Founded in 1972 by Jeremy Burn, the business evolved from Swiss Chalet bakeries to French-style cafés before the first Boswells opened in the Brunel Centre, Swindon in the late 1990s. Everything is freshly prepared and made to order — all-day breakfast and brunch, soups, salads, sandwiches, toasties, cakes and barista coffee, with kids', vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free menus.
