Bould Brothers Coffee is a Cambridge speciality coffee company founded by brothers Max and Alex Bould in December 2016 — "speciality coffee is for everybody" — with cafés on Round Church Street (the original), Regent Street and Hills Road, its own roasted house coffee and subscriptions, and a menu built around its famous chicken sandwich. The team promise: full barista and customer-experience training, contracted regular hours, competitive pay, management support and 50% off food and drink; roles include front-of-house hosts and experienced baristas.
