Brack Burger
Brack Burger is a North East smash-burger brand started in 2020 by brothers Joe and Ollie Brack from the kitchen of their family pub (The Jubilee, Gosforth) during lockdown. What began as a takeaway side project grew into multiple sites across the region — neighbourhood spots and food halls including the Stack container villages in Newcastle, Seaburn and Middlesbrough, Surfers Cafe on Tynemouth seafront and a city-centre restaurant on Pilgrim Street — all built on quality ingredients, bold flavours and fast-paced casual dining, with Ollie on the food and Joe on the business.
