Brad & Dills is an independent coffee and bagel house — "cream cheese and fresh ground beans" — run by a bunch of Hertfordshire locals, with five shops: The Park and The Cottage in Harpenden, Market Square in Hertford, Swift in St Albans and The Hill in Hampstead. Filled bagels done properly (Reuben, egg 'n' cheese, classic salmon), speciality coffee and a loyalty card, Saturday pizza and Sunday lunch bookings, Deliveroo and Uber Eats, catering and their own bagged coffee.
