Bread Meats Bread is a family-run Scottish burger group, "Fearless and Fresh", founded in Glasgow on the belief that freshness means flavour. It champions independent local suppliers and playful twists on cult favourites — dry-aged beef burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese, proper Canadian-style poutine and real ice-cream milkshakes — and has been named best burger in Scotland, top 20 in Europe and top 50 worldwide. Seven restaurants: Glasgow City Centre (St Vincent Street), West End, Glasgow Fort and Silverburn, and Edinburgh Lothian Road, North Bridge and Fort Kinnaird; sister Italian restaurant Leopardo sits next door at Glasgow Fort.
