Brick Lane Bagel Co is a franchised bagel deli chain founded by father and son Stuart and Elliott Hearne, inspired by London's famous East End bakeries. The food-to-go menu centres on Irish salt beef brisket, pastrami, oak-smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels (the NY Lox, Reuben, Rachel, Schnitzel and Big Daddy breakfast bagel), plus toasties and coffee, in family-friendly shops. It has around 17 stores across Essex, Hertfordshire, east and south London, from Canary Wharf, Westfield Stratford and Camden to Chelmsford, Braintree, Lakeside and Chislehurst, and recruits franchisees to open more.
