Burger & Beyond

Burger & Beyond is one of the UK's leading fast-casual dining brands, founded by Craig Povoas and Tom Stokes. It began in 2014 when Craig bought a vintage Citroen H van instead of a house and started trading in Colchester at weekends; with Tom on board the pair became a standout on the festival circuit and in London's street-food scene through KERB and Street Feast, opened their first restaurant in Shoreditch in 2018, pivoted to nationwide DIY meal kits during the pandemic, and have grown ever since. The brand reimagines comforting classics with fine-dining precision: dry-aged beef patties from British Shorthorn and Hereford cattle reared in the Peak District, the signature Bacon Butter Burger, steak tartare and bavette, with halal, vegetarian and vegan options. Today it runs full-service restaurants in Shoreditch, Soho, Borough Yards and (from July 2026) Brighton, plus counters at Fairgame City and Fairgame Canary Wharf, Camden Lock Market, Box Hall City, Two More Years on Fish Island and House of Social in Manchester, alongside a food truck for private events, delivery, franchising and merchandise.
