BURGER-DROP is a North East-born smash-burger brand "built on obsession" — freshly ground beef from its own source, brioche buns baked to its own recipe, and kitchens run like labs with the same systems and standards at every site. Founded by directors Hasan Hamid and Amer Qayyum, it is a BFA-accredited franchise built for national growth, with seven restaurants: Newcastle West (Westgate Road), Newcastle Central (Fayre Play at The Gate), North Tyneside (Whitley Bay), Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Manchester (Fallowfield) and Edinburgh (Newington).
