Busaba is a London Thai restaurant group founded by Alan Yau in 1999 on Wardour Street, Soho. It serves modern Bangkok-style eating — salads, pad Thai, curries and plant-based dishes made for sharing at communal tables — under the ethos of Sookjai ('happy heart') and the axiom Gan Gin Gan Yuu, 'as you eat, so you are'. The group runs six restaurants across London — Soho, Covent Garden, St Christopher's Place, Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City and The O2 — alongside delivery and click & collect, and recruits through Harri.
