Butchies is a fun, bustling fried buttermilk chicken shop born on the streets of East London in 2013, out of the street-food and music-festival scene. Founder Garrett keeps tuning the recipe: higher-welfare, Red Tractor birds from a single South Yorkshire farm, halal-certified, handmade and fried fresh in store every day for burgers, sandwiches, wings and fries. "Spread Love" is the founding principle — for the crew, the chicken and the communities around its sites in Shoreditch (Rivington Street), Market Halls Victoria and Market Halls Canary Wharf.
