Camile Thai — "good mood Thai food" — is a franchised, delivery-led Thai restaurant brand founded in Dublin by Brody Sweeney, with 40+ restaurants across Ireland and the UK. Fresh, healthy Thai curries, noodles and rice bowls with full nutrition and allergen data, sustainable packaging, collection, delivery and dine-in, plus event catering. Seven UK sites: Belfast (Lisburn Road, Ballyhackamore), Clapham, Epsom, Winchester, Southsea and Winton, Bournemouth, with Southampton coming soon. Recruiting chefs, packers, drivers and managers — many staff progress to management and franchise ownership.
