Cinquecento Pizzeria

Cinquecento is an independent Neapolitan pizzeria founded by Naples-born pizzaioli, whose flagship opened on Cale Street, Chelsea in December 2019: 48-hour-fermented, 67%-hydration dough, 100% Italian DOP ingredients and San Marzano tomatoes, baked at 500°C. Alongside dine-in it runs delivery and click-and-collect across west and central London (Battersea to Marylebone) and hosts private events; a former second restaurant on Portobello Road has since closed.
