Clays is a competitive-socialising bar group that has reinvented clay-pigeon shooting as an immersive virtual shooting experience in stylish bar venues — semi-private pegs, the fast-paced Clays Arcade and private "Hide" rooms — paired with clarified signature cocktails and a seasonal, sustainably sourced British menu by Culinary Director Roger Olsson. Four venues: The City (Moorgate), Canary Wharf, Soho (Brewer Street) and Birmingham (New Street), hosting everything from walk-in games to 500-guest corporate takeovers.
