Cocoro

Cocoro is a family of four Japanese-owned restaurants in London, founded in 2007 under the banner "Japanese dining with a heart". Each branch has its own character - the cosy Marylebone flagship with a sushi bar and a private tatami-style room, casual izakaya dining in Bloomsbury with all-you-can-eat sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, a Highgate food destination combining fresh sushi and hot dishes with a Japanese grocery, and a hidden gem of traditional dining in Bayswater - but all share the same aim of warm, relaxed spaces where everyone can enjoy Japanese food, from nigiri and sushi rolls to tonkotsu ramen, katsu curry, bento lunches and whole Japanese cakes to order. All branches take large group bookings, offer vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, welcome well-behaved dogs, and are on Deliveroo, Uber Eats and click-and-collect.
