Coppa Collective is the AIM-listed hospitality group formerly known as Various Eateries, headquartered on Crucifix Lane by London Bridge, whose core brands are Coppa Club, Noci and the Linwood Collection. Coppa Club is built around the idea of a true third place beyond home and work, an all-day destination in three formats: neighbourhood Clubs, multi-level Townhouses in market towns, and destination Clubhouses with rooms, weddings and larger events. Noci, meaning walnut, is its modern Italian restaurant brand of fresh pasta, seasonal small plates and grill dishes, launched in Islington in 2022 and now in Battersea Power Station, Shoreditch and Richmond. Linwood Collection is its group of premium countryside pubs and inns across the Home Counties and the Cotswolds, led by the Wild Thyme & Honey boutique hotel. Across every brand the focus is thoughtfully curated premium design, warm hospitality and a strong connection to the local community.

Coppa Club is a collection of all-day clubhouses across the south of England — relaxed places to eat, drink, meet, work and stay — from riverside inns with bedrooms at Streatley and Sonning to townhouses in Bath, Cardiff and Guildford and neighbourhood clubs in Brighton, Clifton, Cobham, Haslemere, Henley, Maidenhead, Marylebone, Putney, London Bridge and Tower Bridge. Café by morning, brasserie and cocktail bar by night, with terraces, igloos, lounges, co-working, members' club, weddings and events. "Work hard, have fun, make memories" — progression encouraged; vacancies on the Coppa Club jobs site.
Linwood Collection is Coppa Collective's group of premium countryside pubs and inns, set in rural locations and on the fringes of market towns across southern England: Wild Thyme & Honey, a 24-room boutique hotel with The Crown pub in the Cotswolds; The Hare & Hounds, a restored 17th-century coaching inn with 30 bedrooms outside Newbury; The Stag on the River, a riverside pub with seven rooms on the River Wey at Eashing in Surrey; and The Wellington Arms, a pub, hotel and events venue on the 7,000-acre Wellington Estate in Hampshire. Rooted in community and built on provenance, each works with local farmers, growers and independent drinks makers on seasonal menus and regionally curated drinks lists, pairs thoughtfully designed rooms with confident service, and welcomes dogs as part of the family. Honest hospitality, beautifully sourced produce, genuine local connection - and no shortcuts.

Noci is a group of modern Italian neighbourhood restaurants founded by chef Louis Korovilas (ex-Bancone), serving fresh handmade pasta, Sicilian street-food-inspired snacks and Italian wine in Islington, Shoreditch, Richmond and Battersea Power Station — with a bottomless "Feasting with Friends" brunch in Shoreditch and Perfect Pairings pasta-and-wine deals in Battersea. Sister to Coppa Club and the Linwood Collection; roles are advertised on its own jobs site.
