COSMO Authentic World Kitchen is the UK's largest all-you-can-eat world buffet group: unlimited courses at one set price from live cooking stations spanning Chinese, Japanese sushi and teppanyaki, Indian, Thai, Italian, Mexican, a British carvery and desserts, plus free-flow soft drinks and a full bar. Founded in Eastbourne in 2003 and inspired by five-star hotel buffets, it now runs 20 restaurants in city centres and shopping centres across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland (plus Dublin), and recruits chefs de partie, restaurant assistants and managers through its own careers page.
