Crispin is HAM Restaurants' family of modern European restaurants and natural wine bars in London: the glass-and-zinc pavilion Crispin in Spitalfields, the pocket-sized Bar Crispin on Kingly Street in Soho, and Crispin at Studio Voltaire, a café and restaurant inside Clapham's Studio Voltaire gallery — plus Crispin Catering for events nationwide. Head chef Lewis de Haas (ex Petersham Nurseries, The Shed) leads seasonal sharing-plate menus from small-scale producers, paired with low-intervention wines.
