Dāku Coffee

Dāku Coffee (珈琲だけ) is a Japanese-inspired specialty coffee chain with six UK cafés and one in Penang. Kensington and Monument roast on the shop floor — a computer-controlled, clean-energy roaster running batches from 100g to 4kg — while Canterbury, Eltham, Ruislip and Slough pour the same coffee sent from London days after roasting. Blends carry Japanese names (Hana, Mori, Kōgen, Kaze, Iwa, Sora, Take, Habu) alongside a short list of directly bought single origins and a Mountain Water decaf. The team behind Dāku has opened over 100 franchised sites in the UK since 2012; wholesale runs from Sidcup and the brand is franchised.
