El Pollote

El Pollote is Latino fried chicken from Rotsen and Katherine, the Venezuelan couple behind Petare (est. 2014), who built a following through London's street-food markets — Hawker House, Dalston Yard, Pop Brixton — and awards at KERB's Bucket List (2017, 2018) and Wingfest (2019) for their guava-glazed fried chicken. El Pollote launched at Seven Dials Market in 2019 and opened its Carnaby Street restaurant on Ganton Street in July 2023, with a stall at KERB Camden Market. Everything is made from scratch, 100% gluten-free and Latin American to the core — puro sabor Latino. Trading as Petare UK Ltd.
