Fenix

Fenix serves elevated modern Greek–Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the lands and legends of the Aegean, celebrating heritage and mythology through fire-led cooking, timeless architecture and art. Part of the Permanently Unique Group, it opened first at The Goods Yard in Manchester's St John's quarter and followed with Fenix Mayfair at Stratton House on Piccadilly (home of The Nest Bar), with a sister restaurant in Dubai; signature experiences include OPA, the party that starts with dinner and ends in traditional plate smashing.
