Festok makes Lebanese ice cream in London. Founded in Marylebone in 2019, it launched at food markets before growing through delivery and events catering, and now runs a shop on Weymouth Street serving its full range of ice cream, desserts, cakes, coffee and drinks. Lebanese ice cream is known for its light, elastic texture; alongside the traditional Achta (made with orchid powder and mastic), pistachio and rose, Festok has created its own flavours such as Osmalieh, halva, date, turmeric, carob, sea salt caramel and Meghli, plus five vegan options including coconut and lemon, mango and strawberry sorbets. Same-day delivery across London is ordered through its website, and the team caters lunches, afternoon teas and dinners for private and corporate events.
