Fluffy Fluffy
Fluffy Fluffy is the UK arm of Fuwa Fuwa, the Toronto-born soufflé pancake brand launched in 2018 that became North America's largest soufflé pancake and dessert chain before expanding to China (2021) and the UK and US (2022). Its dessert cafés serve handcrafted Japanese soufflé pancakes made to order, croffles, Japanese Basque burnt-top cheesecakes, Korean-style fatcarons and bubble teas. The UK estate has grown fast, largely through franchising, to 18 sites: London (Bayswater, Walthamstow, Wandsworth), Brighton, Windsor, Egham, Reading, Oxford, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle and the East Midlands Designer Outlet. Store enquiries and applications go through the contact form (choose the store); franchise enquiries via the franchise page.
