Fogo de Chão UK runs two Brazilian steakhouses trading under the Fogo de Chão name — on Wardour Street in Soho and on West Street in Brighton — serving authentic churrasco: fire-roasted beef, lamb, pork and chicken carved at the table by gaucho chefs in the rodízio tradition of Rio Grande do Sul, with a market table of Brazilian accompaniments, cocktails and caipirinhas. Both restaurants open Tuesday to Sunday with a £16.95 all-you-can-eat weekday lunch, and hire churrasqueiros, kitchen and front-of-house teams.
