Four Hundred Rabbits is an independent south London sourdough pizza and craft beer group with four neighbourhood restaurants — Crystal Palace, West Norwood, Herne Hill (the Lido Café at Brockwell Lido, with brunch and a poolside terrace) and Elephant & Castle — known for Tenner Tuesday £10 pizzas, £5-pint/£6-cocktail happy hours, Rabbit Rewards and venue hire. Hires locally, trains people with no experience, promotes from within (every FOH manager started as a waiter, every head chef as a pizzaiolo) and offers genuinely flexible work for creatives and students.
