Fresco Trattoria

Fresco Trattoria Pizzeria is a Neapolitan restaurant group founded in 2009 by Naples restaurateurs (DRAV S.p.A.), serving genuine, fragrant, light and highly digestible Neapolitan pizza alongside simple, honest Mediterranean cooking by Neapolitan chefs. From its base in Naples it has grown to some 30 sites across Italy, Oman, Geneva and London, where it runs five pizzerias: a railway-arch trattoria at Metropolis, Vauxhall, counters at Mercato Metropolitano Mayfair, Elephant & Castle and Wood Wharf, and a kitchen at Market Halls Oxford Street.
