Fratelli Belfast

Fratelli Belfast is the Galgorm Collection's Italian ristorante, pizzeria and bar on Great Victoria Street beside the Grand Opera House. Rustic Italian charm with a contemporary edge: pizza and pasta, a pre-theatre menu, cocktail masterclasses, group dining, a terrace and children's and teenager menus. A sister Fratelli operates at Galgorm Resort.

Galgorm Castle

Galgorm Castle & Estate is the Galgorm Collection's castle estate and golf club on the Galgorm Road in Ballymena, home to Castle Kitchen + Bar and The Barn — an all-occasions restaurant and bar with eclectic modern menus, daily chef specials, an early-birdie menu, live music and a resident DJ at weekends.

Galgorm Resort

Galgorm Resort is the Galgorm Collection's flagship: a luxury hotel, spa and golf resort set in 450 acres of parkland on the River Maine near Ballymena, County Antrim. It has hotel rooms, suites, lodges, shepherd's huts and cottages, the award-winning Thermal Spa Village, a championship golf course, wedding and conference suites and a cluster of restaurants and bars — Gillies, Fratelli, The Conservatory afternoon tea, the Cocktail + Gin Bar, McKendry's and the Mulberry Garden.

Parisien Belfast

Café Parisien is the Galgorm Collection's Parisian-style brasserie in Cleaver House on Donegall Square North, overlooking Belfast City Hall. It serves a brasserie-inspired menu with a modern twist — express lunches, brunch, à la carte, afternoon tea and cocktails — and hosts weddings, private dining, networking and party events in its Le Café spaces.

Roe Valley Resort

Roe Valley Resort is the Galgorm Collection's hotel, spa and golf resort at Lisnakilly Road outside Limavady, County Londonderry, on the edge of the Roe Valley Country Park. It offers rooms and lodges, a spa, an 18-hole golf course, restaurants and bars, and wedding and event facilities.

The Old Inn

The Old Inn is a boutique hotel dating from 1614 in the village of Crawfordsburn, County Down, fifteen minutes from Belfast and five from Bangor, part of the Galgorm Collection. It offers characterful rooms and cottages, The Restaurant and The 1614 Bar with French-inspired seasonal menus, afternoon tea, private dining and the Treetop Spa perched above Crawfordsburn Country Park.

The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat

The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat is the Galgorm Collection's AA four-star boutique hotel in Templepatrick, County Antrim, named the best place to stay in Northern Ireland by The Times in 2024. Bohemian-glam rooms, the lakeside Spa, the Rabbit Restaurant and Graze, Hunter's Bar, The Boathouse wedding venue and The Loft event space sit in landscaped grounds ten minutes from Belfast International Airport.
