Happy Lemon

Happy Lemon is a Taiwanese bubble tea chain founded in 2006 with more than 500 shops across China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the USA, Australia and South East Asia, and the first freshly handmade bubble tea franchise to float on a stock exchange (2014). Its UK master franchise opened Europe's first branch in London's Chinatown on 18 April 2015 and now runs eight shops: London Chinatown, Manchester Chinatown, Birmingham Chinatown, Sheffield Devonshire Street, Liverpool, Coventry city centre, Coventry Cannon Park by Warwick University, and Southampton East Street. Alongside traditional Taiwanese bubble tea it is known for its signature Rock Salted Cheese series - creamy cheese foam finished with rock salt - plus the Fresh Lemon and Lemon Smoothie ranges, made with quality tea and naturally fresh lemon.
