Haz

Haz is a family of Mediterranean bar-restaurants in the City of London, founded over 22 years ago when Haci, Zafer and Ahmed opened their first restaurant on Cutler Street (Premier Place) in 2001 with a shared passion for authentic Mediterranean cooking, excellent service and warm hospitality. Menus run from classic mezes to charcoal grills and modern interpretations of timeless dishes, made from fresh, local and seasonal ingredients with ancient cooking techniques, alongside wines unique to Haz and cocktails made with an artist's touch. Five restaurants open day and night — Premier Place, Plantation Place, St Paul's, Bishopsgate and Finsbury Square — plus the newer sister restaurant Olea Social in Covent Garden, with party menus, events and private dining.
