Hefaure

Héfaure (黑芙蕾) is a London dessert and bubble tea brand that opened in Chinatown in 2019, known for its fusion of Taiwanese milk tea and Japanese soufflé pancakes — fluffy soufflés topped with cream and brown-sugar tapioca pearls or matcha red bean, plus bubble teas made with 100% pure brown sugar and tapioca cooked for three hours, and fruit smoothies. Seven London shops (Chinatown, Dean Street, Baker Street, Nova Victoria, Greenwich, Hendon "Colindale" and Uxbridge), all open daily 12pm–10pm, with a franchise programme for further growth.
