HIMI

HIMI is a neo-izakaya on Newburgh Street, just off Carnaby Street in Soho, opened in early 2025 by the husband-and-wife team behind Michelin-starred Roji. Over the ground floor and basement it serves a seasonal à la carte of sushi, sashimi and charcoal-grilled specials in a relaxed setting, and is listed in the Michelin Guide.
