Ibai

Ibai is a Basque grill and steak restaurant in Bartholomew Close, beside Smithfield in the City of London, opened by Nemanja Borjanović and William Sheard with head chef Richard Foster leading the kitchen. Aged beef and fish cooked over the grill in the asador tradition of the Basque Country, a wine list built around Spain and a cocktail bar, open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday.
