Ideal Collection

Ideal Collection is a group of hospitality venues in Hampshire and West Sussex, established in 2002 and born out of a passion for great hospitality: Kimbridge Barn, a café, tea room and award-winning wedding venue on the River Test near Romsey; the Boathouse waterfront restaurants and lobster hatches at Chichester Marina and Swanwick Marina; The Bugle, a rustic riverside pub in Hamble; and The White Horse, an AA-rosette village pub in Otterbourne near Winchester. Its aim is to bring joy to people's lives every day - people, customers and suppliers - through stylish, comfortable spaces, local produce cooked with skill and flair as a corporate member of Hampshire Fare, and a fun, supportive and empowering working environment. Chefs, managers and front-of-house staff are recruited through its careers site, with some live-in opportunities.
