Inglenook Group
Inglenook Group (Inglenook Inns & Taverns Ltd) is a Darwen-based pub company operating around 75 pubs across the North West, Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North East. It runs 11 managed houses in partnership with Robinsons, Daniel Thwaites, Greene King and Punch, a leased and tenanted division of 43 traditional community pubs run by landlords under tenancy agreements, and a 23-strong retail division of wet-led community pubs run by self-employed operators paid a percentage of net turnover. The group specialises in taking on distressed sites and refurbishing them, blending traditional features with contemporary touches, beer terraces and open fires, and its Inglenook Pub Management arm provides interim and operational management for pubs, nightclubs and hotels.
