KIN+ILK ("kin means family, ilk is your kind") is an independent Cardiff specialty coffee company celebrating ten years, with five coffee shops — Capital Quarter (the original), Pontcanna, St David's, Brunel House and The Maltings — built around direct-trade coffee from Fernando Lima's Finca El Corozo in El Salvador, rotating UK guest roasters and fresh food from its own central kitchen at The Maltings. It sells coffee, subscriptions and equipment online and hires baristas, kitchen staff and managers through its careers page.
