Lilibet's is a seafood restaurant at No. 17 Bruton Street in Mayfair, the house where a princess never intended to become queen was born, and it takes her childhood nickname and imagines what might have been had the address stayed a private home for fashionable gatherings, cocktail parties and tales of faraway travels. The kitchen celebrates the treasures of the seas with globally inspired twists - salt-baked sea bream, wood-fired dishes, oysters and raw seafood - served with finesse and with seasonality, sustainability and provenance in mind. Russell Sage Studio interiors layer heirlooms and keepsakes across a Dining Room, first-come Oyster Bar, Cocktail Bar, Grill Bar, Nook and fireplace, an all-weather Garden Terrace on Bruton Street, and a private dining room for 12 to 22 inspired by royal couturier Norman Hartnell, whose studio stood opposite.
