MA/NA is a modern Japanese restaurant and late-night dining room on Upper Grosvenor Street in Mayfair, part of Thesleff Group. Named for "mana", the unseen life force that exists beneath all things, its ethos runs from sourcing and craftsmanship through to ritual, atmosphere and energy. Executive Chef Leonard Tanyag's menu draws on time-honoured Japanese kitchen techniques viewed through a modern London lens, using the highest-grade ingredients from Asia and the UK. The room also hosts bespoke events, group bookings and private dining for up to 18 guests, with stand-up parties for up to 300.

Sale e Pepe has been one of London's most iconic Italian restaurants since 1974, when it opened in two shop fronts on Pavilion Road in Knightsbridge, expanding in 1985 to add the bar. Fifty years on it still serves classic Italian cuisine with authentic Italian hospitality, and has since extended to The Langham, London with Sale e Pepe Mare — a seafood-focused restaurant inspired by the Italian Riviera — and the seasonal Sale e Pepe Terrazza in the hotel's courtyard. Viajante87 is a Latin-American cocktail bar in the basement at 87 Notting Hill Gate, part of Thesleff Group. Elegant, intimate and high-energy, its signature drinks are inspired by the team's global travels, with a menu split between flavourful familiar classics and a more adventurous route built on exotic spirits, seeds and fruits. It works equally as a pre-dinner drinks spot or a full night out, with resident weekend DJs playing Latin-inspired tunes, disco, house and funk. Group bookings, exclusive hire and bespoke menus are available.
