Marjoram Pubs

Marjoram Pubs (Marjoram Trading) is a family-run collection of eight Essex pubs founded by Dave and Sheila. The group spans market-town locals and country pubs - The Angel & Harp in Great Dunmow, The Axe & Compasses at Aythorpe Roding, The Duke of York in Billericay, The Flag Inn at Wivenhoe, The Swan Inn at Chappel, The White Hart Inn at Margaretting Tye, The White Hart at Little Waltham and The Elms at Castle Hedingham. Menus are made from scratch with produce hand-sourced from Billingsgate, Smithfield, Spitalfields and local suppliers, and most sites add a marquee or garden for private events, weekly offers, Sunday roasts, live music and beer festivals. All eight are dog friendly and run the group's Cheers Club rewards scheme. Each pub advertises its own vacancies and takes applications through the jobs page on its own website.
