Mother Mash

Mother Mash brings the East End pie-and-mash shop to the West End: founder Euan, once a brick salesman lunching in East London's traditional pie shops, opened the first Mother Mash in a former charity shop off Carnaby Street and later added a second in Covent Garden. Guests build their plate in three steps — mash, main (free-range sausages or gourmet pies) and gravy — in bright, tiled, marble-topped dining rooms, with gift cards, click-and-collect and Deliveroo delivery.
